Ingredients
- 1 can pink salmon
- 2 c. rolled cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Mix eggs, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix salmon, 1/2 of cracker crumbs and 1/2 of egg mixture with seasoning.
- Form into egg shaped lumps.
- Dip into remaining egg mixture; roll in cracker crumbs.
- Fry in hot grease and brown.
- Drain on brown paper.
