Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soften to room temperature
- 1 c. sugar
- 5 egg yolks, unbeaten
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 5 egg whites, beaten stiff
Method
- Grease 9-inch spring-form pan with flat bottom with butter and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs.
