Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. sauce (spaghetti)
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Cook
- spaghetti;
- stir in butter, egg and Parmesan.
- In buttered pie plate, form spaghetti mixture into a crust shape. Add Ricotta, then
- sausage. Cover
- with
- sauce.
- Top
- with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
