Ingredients

  • 2 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 3 mashed bananas

Method

  • Dissolve Jell-O in hot water; add strawberries, bananas and nuts.
  • Put 1/2 of mixture in glass bowl or mold and refrigerate until firm.
  • Spread 1/2 of the sour cream on first mixture of Jell-O and pour remaining Jell-O mixture on top of sour cream. Chill again until firm.
  • Spread the remaining sour cream on top. Better if made the day before.
