Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 c. ReaLemon reconstituted lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 graham cracker Ready-Crust pie crust
  • 1 can cherry pie filling, chilled

Method

  • In medium bowl, beat cheese until light and fluffy.
  • Add milk and blend thoroughly.
  • Stir in ReaLemon and vanilla.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Chill overnight.
  • Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.
