Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 c. ReaLemon reconstituted lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 graham cracker Ready-Crust pie crust
- 1 can cherry pie filling, chilled
Method
- In medium bowl, beat cheese until light and fluffy.
- Add milk and blend thoroughly.
- Stir in ReaLemon and vanilla.
- Pour into crust.
- Chill overnight.
- Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
