Ingredients
- 1 large fryer
- 1 can cut up Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. vermicelli
- 2 green peppers
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 2 onions
- 1 can tiny English peas
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can mushrooms (sliced)
Method
- Season chicken in 2-quarts water.
- Cook until tender.
- Debone chicken. Cook vermicelli in broth. Saute peppers and onions in oleo.
- Mix all ingredients. Top casserole with can of Durkee onion rings. Bake at 325° until bubbly.
