Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 4 (6 oz.) skinned chicken breast halves
  • 3 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine, melted

Method

  • Place soy sauce in shallow dish; add chicken, turning to coat. Remove chicken; discard soy sauce.
  • Combine sesame seed, flour and pepper in huge Ziploc plastic bag.
  • Add chicken all at once to bag. Shake to coat.
  • Spray baking dish with vegetable cooking spray. Place chicken in baking dish.
  • Drizzle margarine over chicken. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes or until done.
