Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 4 (6 oz.) skinned chicken breast halves
- 3 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine, melted
Method
- Place soy sauce in shallow dish; add chicken, turning to coat. Remove chicken; discard soy sauce.
- Combine sesame seed, flour and pepper in huge Ziploc plastic bag.
- Add chicken all at once to bag. Shake to coat.
- Spray baking dish with vegetable cooking spray. Place chicken in baking dish.
- Drizzle margarine over chicken. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes or until done.
