Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon nonfat buttermilk
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon nonfat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup no-salt-added tomato juice
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1/4 teaspoon dried whole oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried whole basil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well with a wire whisk. Cover and chill. Serve with salad greens.
