Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. ribs
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Method
- Place ribs in a large pan.
- Add 1/2 cup vinegar and enough water to cover.
- Simmer, covered, 1 hour or until meat is tender. Drain.
- This part may be done the day before or early the same day.
- Blend cornstarch and water together.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 3 minutes.
- Cook ribs on grill, basting and turning frequently until done.
