Ingredients
- 2 c. cold cooked rice
- 2 eggs, beaten well
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. grated nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Method
- Mix milk, eggs and sugar and add rice.
- Mix well and add vanilla and nutmeg and mix lightly.
- Place in individual casserole dishes or larger casserole dish and bake at 400° until brown on top.
- Serves about 6.
