- 4 to 5 c. sliced carrots
- 4 to 5 c. cubed potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 c. lentils
- 3/4 c. barley
- 1 qt. green beans
- 1 small box macaroni
- 2 cans green peas
- 2 cans corn
- 4 c. tomato paste
- 2 c. crushed tomato or tomato juice
- small head cabbage (optional)
- navy beans or pinto beans (optional)
Method
- Use may use liquid from boiled lean ham as seasoning.
