Ingredients
- 1 c. (6 1/2 oz.) Chicken of the Sea pink salmon, drained
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- oil
Method
- In medium bowl combine salmon, mayonnaise, egg, lemon juice, bread crumbs, onion, parsley and garlic salt.
- Mix well.
- Shape into 4 burgers (mixture will be moist).
- Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet.
- Place burgers in skillet.
- Cook over medium heat until browned.
- Turn and brown other side.
- Serve on bun with your favorite sauce.
