Ingredients

  • 1 c. (6 1/2 oz.) Chicken of the Sea pink salmon, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
  • oil

Method

  • In medium bowl combine salmon, mayonnaise, egg, lemon juice, bread crumbs, onion, parsley and garlic salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Shape into 4 burgers (mixture will be moist).
  • Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet.
  • Place burgers in skillet.
  • Cook over medium heat until browned.
  • Turn and brown other side.
  • Serve on bun with your favorite sauce.
