Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 small vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 3/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 can peaches, drained (saving 3 to 4 Tbsp. juice)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. peach juice
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Method

  • Blend together the vanilla pudding, baking powder, flour, milk, egg and butter; pour into dish.
  • Mix together the cream cheese, sugar and juice, then pour on top of other mixture that is in dish. Lay the peaches on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Bake at 350° until edges are brown.
