Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 small vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 can peaches, drained (saving 3 to 4 Tbsp. juice)
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. peach juice
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Blend together the vanilla pudding, baking powder, flour, milk, egg and butter; pour into dish.
- Mix together the cream cheese, sugar and juice, then pour on top of other mixture that is in dish. Lay the peaches on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 350° until edges are brown.
