Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk or 1 cup light cream
  • 14 cup butter
  • 8 ounces white crab meat
  • 18 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 6 ounces fettuccine

Method

  • Cook fettuccine according to label.
  • Heat butter and garlic in a deep frying pan on medium heat until garlic is lightly browned.
  • Add cream, crab and pepper to the garlic butter.
  • Heat for about 3 minutes or until mixture just starts bubbling, stirring occasionally.
  • Add Parmesan cheese stirring for 1 minute and then remove from heat.
  • Mix crab sauce with fettucini.
  • Serve immediately with additional Parmesan cheese (optional).
