Ingredients
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk or 1 cup light cream
- 14 cup butter
- 8 ounces white crab meat
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 6 ounces fettuccine
Method
- Cook fettuccine according to label.
- Heat butter and garlic in a deep frying pan on medium heat until garlic is lightly browned.
- Add cream, crab and pepper to the garlic butter.
- Heat for about 3 minutes or until mixture just starts bubbling, stirring occasionally.
- Add Parmesan cheese stirring for 1 minute and then remove from heat.
- Mix crab sauce with fettucini.
- Serve immediately with additional Parmesan cheese (optional).
