Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 large onions
- 1 c. carrots, diced
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 pkg. frozen peas
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 3 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 3 c. hot water
- 1 c. rice
- salt and pepper
Method
- Brown hamburger and onions together in skillet; add remaining ingredients.
- Pour into large casserole dish; bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- I prefer to add the peas about 1/2 hour before it's finished baking.
- This way they will keep their green color and better flavor.
