Ingredients
- 4 c. ground green tomatoes
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 large or 2 small pkg. raspberry jello
Method
- Grind and drain green tomatoes.
- Combine with sugar and stir well.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat.
- Stir occasionally.
- Cook 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool for a couple of minutes.
- Add jello and stir until dissolved.
- Seal with paraffin or freeze.
