Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Method

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Combine sour cream, soup, cheeses and onion into large bowl.
  • Stir until mixed.
  • Break apart any large clumps of hash browns while in package, then combine and stir into other ingredients.
  • Spray 9 x 13-inch glass pan with a nonstick oil pan coating.
  • Pour into pan and add diced margarine on top. Bake for 1 hour.
