- 1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Combine sour cream, soup, cheeses and onion into large bowl.
- Stir until mixed.
- Break apart any large clumps of hash browns while in package, then combine and stir into other ingredients.
- Spray 9 x 13-inch glass pan with a nonstick oil pan coating.
- Pour into pan and add diced margarine on top. Bake for 1 hour.
