Ingredients
- 5 cups rhubarb diced
- 1 cup strawberries sliced
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 ounces jello strawberry
Method
- Put sugar in rhubarb and let stand for several hours or overnight.
- Add strawberries and boil for 5 minutes.
- Remove from burner and add Jello.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Beat slightly with mixer.
- Pour into jars and seal.
