Ingredients
- 1 large unpeeled apple
- 1/2 orange (including peel)
- 2 c. fresh cranberries
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Method
- This refreshing relish requires no cooking.
- Simply put through the food chopper the first 3 ingredients.
- Add sugar and walnuts.
- Chill for several hours or overnight.
- Makes about 2 cups.
- Serve with turkey, chicken or duckling.
