Ingredients
- 1 c. corn (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- milk to moisten
Method
- Beat egg until smooth.
- Add corn, flour, seasoning, butter and enough milk to make a thick batter.
- Grease the frying pan to cover the bottom.
- Drop batter by spoonfuls, about the size of a fried oyster.
