Ingredients
- 2 (small) pkg. lemon jello
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 large jar pimiento
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. whipped cream
Method
- Dissolve jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
- Add pineapple, celery and nuts. Mash cream cheese and pimiento.
- Add to mixture. Add pinch of salt to cream cheese. Set in refrigerator.
- When the mixture begins to jell, fold in whipped cream. Set in refrigerator until completely jelled.
