Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can tuna
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. wheat germ
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. wheat flour
- oil
Method
- Drain and flake fish.
- Add all ingredients except flour and oil.
- (More wheat germ may be added if mixture is too wet.)
- Form into six 2-inch patties.
- Roll in flour and fry in a small amount oil (approximately 1/2 inch in skillet).
- Drain.
