Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • vanilla ice cream

Method

  • Let the ice cream sit out for a few moments prior to preparation. Once the ice cream is a bit soft with a spatula add to the pie crust half way and then add 2 tablespoons of caramel syrup to the ice cream and gently mix then continue adding the ice cream to the top of the crust, smoothing it out the whole time. Then drizzle caramel syrup over the top and place in the freezer until ready to eat!
