Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can red beans, drained (save the juice)
- 1/4 c. red bean juice
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 large clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- dash Tabasco sauce
Method
- Process the ingredients in a blender.
- Heat and serve with low-fat crackers.
- Makes 1 cup.
