Ingredients
- 4 c. cooked red potatoes, diced
- 1 c. broccoli florets
- 1 small yellow zucchini, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. diced red pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Ranch dressing
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients together; marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- If desired, 4 cups cooked pasta may be substituted for potatoes.
