Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c. diced onions
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
Method
- Blend soup, sour cream and milk.
- Pour over potatoes and onions.
- Sprinkle cheese, then melted butter over that.
- Top with chips.
- Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole for 1 hour at 370°.
