Ingredients
- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
Method
- Combine the cheese, soup, onion, pepper and butter.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Add potatoes to the mixture.
- Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for about an hour or until casserole is browned.
