Ingredients
- 6 qt. popped corn
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. salted peanuts
Method
- Melt butter.
- Stir in brown sugar, syrup and salt.
- Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla and soda.
- Pour over popcorn and nuts (which have been dumped in large greased pan).
- Stir with wooden spoon.
- Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
