Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 12 cup peanut butter
  • 12 cup walnuts, chopped fine
  • 1 cup dates, chopped fine
  • 12 green cherries, chopped fine
  • 12 red cherries, chopped fine
  • 1 cup coconut, dessicated
  • paraffin wax (1/4 bar)
  • 1 square bitter chocolate (28.1g)
  • 1 (225 g) package chocolate chips

Method

  • Mix thoroughly and let stand in fridge for 1 hour.
  • Roll in small balls.
  • Rturn to refrigerator for another hour.
  • Melt together over warm water: 1/4 bar parrafin wax, bittersweet chocolate and chocolate chips.
  • Dip the balls in the melted chocolate mixture and place on parchment lined baking dish and refrigerate,.
