Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin (2 c.)
- 1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 deep-dish pie shell (unbaked)
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°. With wire whisk, beat pumpkin, Eagle Brand, eggs, spices and salt. Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes; reduce oven heat to 350°. Continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1-inch from crust comes out clean. Cool.
