Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) box cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 c. milk
- 1 pkg. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 pkg. fettucini noodles
- broccoli
- mushrooms
- carrots
Method
- Chop all vegetables.
- Begin to boil water for noodles and cook according to box instructions.
- With stove on low-medium, heat milk slowly.
- When the milk is hot, break up the cream cheese and add to the pot.
- After cream cheese melts, add the Parmesan cheese.
- After that cheese melts and when noodles are almost ready, put vegetables into sauce and cover the pot until the veggies are as tender as you like.
- Serves 3 to 4 (unless one of those people is a teenager).
