Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) box cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 pkg. fettucini noodles
  • broccoli
  • mushrooms
  • carrots

Method

  • Chop all vegetables.
  • Begin to boil water for noodles and cook according to box instructions.
  • With stove on low-medium, heat milk slowly.
  • When the milk is hot, break up the cream cheese and add to the pot.
  • After cream cheese melts, add the Parmesan cheese.
  • After that cheese melts and when noodles are almost ready, put vegetables into sauce and cover the pot until the veggies are as tender as you like.
  • Serves 3 to 4 (unless one of those people is a teenager).
