Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1/3 c. powdered sugar
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Melt butter.
- Add sugar; beat well.
- Add flour and cornstarch; mix well.
- Cover bowl (not metal) and chill 1 hour.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
- Roll in pecans.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
- Flatten each ball with bottom of glass (dipped in powdered sugar).
- Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
- Remove immediately from sheet to cool.
