Ingredients
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 1-2 cups peaches
Method
- Melt margarine in 8 x 8 inch pan.
- Mix flour, sugar and milk together.
- Pour batter into buttered pan.
- Pour fruit, with a little juice, on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees until done (25-30 minutes).
- Serve with ice cream.
