Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 pie shell
Method
- Beat eggs by hand.
- Add sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla and butter.
- Mix well.
- Line unbaked pie shell with pecans.
- Pour mixture on top of pecans.
- Bake in oven for 50 to 60 minutes at 350°.
- Pie is done when the middle of pie is jelled.
