Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter (not oleo)
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
Method
- Cream
- butter;
- add
- sugar gradually and cream together until light
- and fluffy.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour
- into pastry shell.
- Bake on lower shelf in moderate oven (375°) for 40 to 45 minutes.
