Ingredients
- 1 sprig mint (garnish)
- 3 canned jalapeno slices
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
- 14 ounce simple syrup
- 34 ounce fresh lime juice
- 2 ounces mescal liquor
- 4 ounces apple cider
Method
- Muddle the mint leaves and jalapeno slices in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the juice, syrup and alcohol.
- Shake vigorously.
- Pour into the glass and serve with the mint sprig as garnish.
