Ingredients
- 2 graham cracker crusts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 to 1 c. peanut butter
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 large container Cool Whip, thawed (save enough for top)
Method
- Mix cheese, sugar and peanut butter.
- Add vanilla and beat at high speed.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate 3 or 4 hours for firmness.
- Add remaining Cool Whip to top of pies.
