Ingredients
- 2 lb. stuffing mushrooms
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs (can use flavored)
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
Method
- Remove stems and chop up.
- Preheat to 350°.
- Melt margarine and saute onions, add chopped stems and continue sauteing.
- Then add bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Mix well, remove from heat and put mixture into mushroom caps.
- Add water to cover bottom of cookie sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
