Ingredients
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Salted Butter, Softened
- 2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla (clear If Possible)
- 2 whole Wooden Spoonfuls Of Peanut Butter
Method
- Super easy! Combine sugar, butter, cream, and vanilla together until it makes a nice dough. Separate into 2 balls and roll each one out in between two sheets of waxed paper. Spread each round with peanut butter; roll up and chill for 5 minutes or so if the dough feels sticky.
- Slice into rounds and enjoy! Store in the fridge. (See my site for step-by-step photos.)
