Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. sesame oil (found in Oriental section)
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed (dry) red pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. spaghetti or linguine, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro or parsley
  • 1/4 c. peanuts, chopped
  • 1/4 c. green onions, chopped

Method

  • In a small saucepan, heat red pepper and oils over medium heat for two minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add honey, soy sauce and salt.
  • Combine with spaghetti.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
