Ingredients
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. sesame oil (found in Oriental section)
- 1/2 tsp. crushed (dry) red pepper
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. spaghetti or linguine, cooked
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro or parsley
- 1/4 c. peanuts, chopped
- 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
Method
- In a small saucepan, heat red pepper and oils over medium heat for two minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Add honey, soy sauce and salt.
- Combine with spaghetti.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
