Ingredients
- 8 oz. uncooked wide egg noodles
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 6 oz. plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.
- Cook and stir onion and green pepper in margarine in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until tender.
- Stir in yogurt, chili sauce and mustard.
- Heat, stirring constantly, just until hot.
- Add noodles and toss until coated with yogurt mixture.
