Ingredients

  • 2 c. Dry apples, grnd
  • 4 med Apples, cored and shredded
  • 1 c. Sprouted wheat berries
  • 1/2 c. Date paste, or possibly finely grnd dates
  • 1/2 c. Almonds
  • 2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1/2 c. Raisins, minced
  • 1/2 c. Walnuts Cashew Cream, see recipe, optional

Method

  • Grind ingredients, except for the walnuts, in a food processor.
  • Add in the walnuts and pulse to mix.
  • Firmly press cake mix into an 8-inch springform pan.
  • Refrigeratefor at least 2 hrs.
  • Remove from springform and serve.
  • Top with two Tbsp.
  • of cashew cream, or possibly your favorite topping.
  • Will keep in refrigerator for three days.
