Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. butter (cold)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. raspberry jam (seedless)
- 1 - 10 oz. pkg. peanut butter chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Stir flour, sugar, and butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add egg and vanilla and blend well. Reserve 1/2 c. mixture for later.
- Pour remaining mixture in baking pan and bake 10 minutes until lightly brown.
- Remove from oven and spread jam over warm crust.
- Sprinkle with 1 cup of peanut butter chips.
- Mix together reserved crust mixture and remaining peanut butter chips and sprinkle over top.
