Ingredients

  • 2 -3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 14 cups water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 14 cup butter
  • 1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles
  • 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • French-fried onions (optional)

Method

  • In a 9"x13" baking dish, place cooked noodles.
  • Add cubed chicken on top.
  • In a medium saucepan, add water, cream of chicken soup, bouillon cubes, and butter.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour entire mixture over chicken and noodles in baking dish.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top.
  • Add french fried onions to taste.
  • Cover with foil, and place in oven.
  • Cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
