- 2 -3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 14 cups water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 14 cup butter
- 1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles
- 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- French-fried onions (optional)
Method
- In a 9"x13" baking dish, place cooked noodles.
- Add cubed chicken on top.
- In a medium saucepan, add water, cream of chicken soup, bouillon cubes, and butter.
- Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Pour entire mixture over chicken and noodles in baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top.
- Add french fried onions to taste.
- Cover with foil, and place in oven.
- Cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
