Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Chocolate candy kisses
Method
- Mix all ingredients except kisses in a large mixing bowl on low speed until dough is firm. Shape into balls by rounded teaspoon. Roll in sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10 - 12 minutes at 350. Immediately top with kisses on each. Press firmly so cookie cracks around edge.
