Ingredients

  • 16 chicken thighs (boneless & skinless)
  • 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn, minced broccoli, partially cooked & liquid removed well
  • 8 slices bacon, crisply fried & crumbled
  • Fondue sauce
  • Paprika

Method

  • Mix flour, salt and pepper; coat chicken with flour mix.
  • Heat butter and oil over medium heat in 12-inch skillet till butter is melted.
  • Cook chicken till light brown on both sides, about 15 min.
  • Arrange chicken in ungreased, 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  • Sprinkle the partially cooked broccoli over chicken, then do the same with the bacon.
  • Then cover proportionately with this fondue sauce.
  • Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven, till warm & bubbly.
