Ingredients
- 1 (about 1 1/4 lb.) pkg. ground turkey
- 1/2 c. plain or seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. liquid egg substitute
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper or to taste
Method
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Add other seasonings as desired.
- You can use this mixture for burgers, meat balls or meat loaf.
- Makes 6 servings (140 calories, 2 g fat per serving).
