Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Cook potato slices until crisp-tender.
- Place slices in greased casserole (2-quart).
- Mix all remaining ingredients; pour over potatoes.
- Bake, covered, at 275° for 1 1/2 hours or 45 minutes at 1 hour.
