Ingredients
- meat off 1 whole chicken
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- about 1 c. frozen peas
- about 1 1/2 c. baby carrots
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Place chicken and vegetables at the bottom of a 2.8 liter casserole dish.
- Mix together broth and soup; pour it over chicken and veggies.
- Mix flour and milk with melted butter; pour on top. Bake at 350° for at least 1 hour or until crust is brown.
