Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 to 7 medium potatoes
- garlic salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 1/2 to 2 cans milk
- salt and pepper
Method
- Saute onions in butter; peel and slice potatoes and barely cover with hot water.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until mushy.
- Stir in soup.
- Cut cheese in thin slices and stir until melted.
- Stir in milk, more or less depending on consistency desired.
